- 7 exhaust hoods (kitchen fan is controlled by one main switch for entire kitchen and
not individual hoods)

- 2 refrigerators (tall reach-in)
- 1 stacked washer/dryer
- 1 designated handwashing sink
- 4 utility/produce sinks
- 8 rolling metal prep tables
- 1 chef table
- 1 dishwasher
