CFE Celebration
At the end of each year. we recognize the achievements of our faculty members and graduate students!
In 2025, we held a small celebration and appreciation luncheon with President Waded Cruzado as the special guest. We recognized those who have earned their certificates of completion for the Teaching Enhancement, Early Career Success, and Diversity Inclusion Development programs, and those who have shared their expertise by serving on CFE panels.
Teaching Enhancement Certificates
This certificate provides evidence of the individual’s involvement in activities such as workshops, seminars, training sessions, tutorials, etc., that are oriented to the enhancement of teaching. Learn more about the Teaching Enhancement Certificate

Early Career Faculty Success (ECFS) Certificates
This certificate is earned by early career faculty who attend workshops and learning community sessions focused on building a welcoming and inclusive culture that spreads into classroom, research, creative and community spaces, and to equip faculty with the knowledge of how to promote student success through achieving excellence in teaching, scholarship and service. Diversity Inclusion Development (DID) Certificates (Level 1)
The Diversity and Inclusion Development Certificate offers a series of workshops to expand awareness, knowledge, and skills related to diversity and inclusion. Access and Success and Counseling and Psychological Services partner to offer individual workshops that are open to any members of the MSU community, or people can work towards a certificate. Level 1 addresses foundations of diversity and inclusion, while level 2 digs deeper into various dimensions of cultural identity. Learn more about the DID/Cultural Bridges certificates
