MSU will host listening sessions Feb 18 and March 10 for faculty and Feb. 18 and March 11 for staff to help shape the university’s new strategic plan. Your input will guide the goals and priorities that define the university’s future.

The university will host additional listening sessions for faculty, staff, students and community members to share their thoughts on Wednesday, Feb. 18, and in March.

To help shape MSU's future strategic plan, faculty, staff and students can fill out an online survey or attend in-person listening sessions on Wednesday, Feb. 18.

Nominations for Celebrating Excellence in Service and MSU Employees of the Year awards are due Feb. 27.

The PREP-MT postbaccalaureate research education program is accepting applications for 2026 until Feb. 28.

The Center for Faculty Excellence is accepting applications for spring 2026 internal grants.

Researchers and programs planning to use Custer Gallatin National Forest Service land are required to complete a Proposed Use Form and an Actual Use Form.

MSU's 2026 First Year Student Convocation book is "Being Wrong: Adventures in the Margin of Error" by Kathryn Schulz. All first-year students are provided a copy of the annual convocation book as a gift from the president's office and are asked to read it before the event on Aug. 25.

A study in the Department of Health and Human Development is seeking participants ages 18-35 who have at least two years of squat experience and are currently squatting with a barbell at least once a week.

Early registration for the Bobcat Summer Youth Camp will open today, Feb. 23.
