Current Research Interests:

My research project's goal is to identify a genome basis for local adaptation that could be occurring in the Southern Rocky Mountain Pika population of northern New Mexico. This project will emphasize the integration of Native science, creating a holistic approach with Western and Native sciences combined. I am excited to contribute to the understanding of Pikas more in my ancestral homeland!
