and the wool industry in Montana and across the United States.
Wool Lab services provide wool growers with information they need to improve their
wool clip for fiber diameter and wool yield.
Wool Lab researchers develop and disseminate complete, accurate knowledge about wool
through wool schools, community events, field service and collegiate courses.
With the MSU Extension Sheep Program, the Wool Lab serves producers and the wool industry by sampling, testing and scouring
wool clips and fleeces to benefit wool growers.
