  • Harm reduction and “party smart” strategies.
  • What to do in an emergency.

Conduct Referrals

Students may also be referred to STEP for conduct sanctions. For these students there is a non-refundable, $25 charge. Students must pay the fee and attend the entire seminar to fulfill the requirements of their sanction. If students miss or cancel the course, they must re-register and pay for an alternative session. Select the Registration button below and choose “STEP for Conduct".

ALL STEP SEMINARS ARE HELD IN THE STUDENT WELLNESS CENTER IN MULTIPURPOSE ROOM 2 OR 3. PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION WHEN YOU REGISTER.

Open Enrollment

For students who use alcohol or cannabis, STEP is a great way to learn some basics and how to use them more safely. It’s also useful for officers in fraternities, sororities, and student organizations for learning ways to host social events with alcohol with safety in mind. If you want to attend to learn more, the seminar is free of charge: to register email the STEP coordinators
