I prefer using the word movement, as opposed to "working out" as a simpler way to describe the healthy ways that we can engage our bodies and minds to increase well-being. My goal as a coach is to help clients find forms of movement that they can consistently perform and that make their bodies and minds feel good. I'm here to facilitate an environment where you as a participant can try new things, meet your fitness goals and embrace the beauty of your physical capabilities; this is the best way to find your passion in and out of the gym.
