Concentration:

Human Factors, Usability, Artificial Intelligence, and Decision Making

Research Interests:

My research interests tap into the intricacies of how and why lay people use Artificial Intelligence tools (such as ChatGPT, Grok, etc.), and usability/accessibility issues with the world we interact with (technology and built systems). Whether it’s providing research insights of AI use to educators or elevating user needs to a product developer, I seek to bridge the gap between the technical experts and the common user.
