ITEM No. 1 – Approval of December 10, 2025, Meeting Minutes

The minutes from the December 10, 2025, Classroom Committee meeting were unanimously approved.

ITEM No. 1 – INFORMATIONAL – Leon Johnson Hall 346 Tech Demo

Robert Stockdale highlighted the new seating configuration in Leon Johnson Hall 346 and explained that the room no longer had seats outside the recommended viewing area. Richard Rudnicki added that the renovation of the classroom included the removal of the tiered floor, which has resulted in improved access throughout the space. Jennisse Waters noted that the classroom’s tables do not plug into the installed outlets, but the project’s electricians are developing a quote and timeline for updating the wiring to address that issue.

Brad Haderlie provided a demonstration of the installed audio-visual technologies in Leon Johnson Hall 346. Brad walked the committee through the instructor podium’s lighting and audio controls. Brad then introduced the room’s video conferencing abilities and the various options for displaying visuals on the classroom’s five screens. Brad also demonstrated the room’s touchscreen display.
