Featured Releases

Events RSVP - July 23, 2026

Users can now create events that do not require an RSVP and appear only on the calendars of recipients, rather than on every student's calendar.

Copy Campaign - June 25, 2026

Users can now copy appointment and messaging campaigns by opening any current or expired campaign and selecting Copy Campaign from the options.

Appointment Comments - June 11, 2026

Location settings now allow comments to be required during appointment scheduling, along with optional customization of the Comments label.

Conversations Tab Filter - May 16, 2026

All messages, including automated messages from navMSU such as appointment reminders, now display in the Conversations tab of the student profile without requiring a filter.

Events

Fall 2026 navMSU Trainings

Starting in Fall 2026, we will offer a series of navMSU trainings designed to support users at all levels. Topics will include Getting Started, Setting Availability, Appointment Campaigns, V3 reporting, and other key features to based on user needs.

We have tentatively reserved Thursdays from 12:00pm –1:30pm; please keep this time available as your schedule permits. A finalized training schedule with descriptions and registration details will be shared by the start of the fall semester.
