Buy Eat Live Better Program
Buy Eat Live Better is a nutrition education program offered by MSU Extension. This program aims to help Montanans save money on food, make healthy eating choices, and incorporate more physical activity into their daily lives. They offer virtual programming, and free online classes for us in Fallon County. It is part of a 9 week series of wellness classes through the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP). This grant-funded program is for limited income families that qualify for WIC, SNAP, TANF, Head Start, Montana Healthy Kids, etc.
