Map of Counties and Classes

Below is a map showing the counties and reservations that are served, which is all of them!

Areas in green and light purple are where a nutrition educator is physically located. Click or tap the county or reservation in the list below to view and register for available classes in that area. Even if a class has already started, you can still register. If you do not see any classes listed for a particular service area, there are likely still classes available! Feel free to reach out to the SNAP-Ed or EFNEP Instructor listed on the county page to learn about current and upcoming programming. All educators are available to organize additional classes around participant needs and availability.

If you do not have an educator physically located in your county, or you prefer online learning, take a look at our online class offerings which are viewable in the calendar at the bottom of this webpage. Areas in yellow do not have in-person classes, but online or virtual classes are provided here. Please refer to the Google Calendar towards the bottom of this webpage to see the current virtualclasses available and register for a class.

Each class includes discussion, cooking, a physical activity break suited for any activity level, and a 'thank you' item for attending. items include recipes cooking tools, and physical activity resources. For some locations, a shorter 6-lesson series option may be available.

For those who are unable to join us for the 9-lesson series, consider joining one of our one-time lessons related to creating skillet meals, omelet dishes, or amazing tasting vegetables using simple ingredients you may already have in your pantry. Classes include discussion, cooking, a take-home recipe, and a 'thank you' item for attending.

Join us for a unique opportunity to walk through the aisles of a grocery store to learn how to make informed and healthy food choices, plan out a food budget, read food labels, and compare unit prices.

Two different six-week series of classes are available for children in grades 1-6 which include activities related to healthy eating, physical activity, and fun recipes. If you are an organization or program that serves youth in one of our service regions, contact your local Educator to learn more.
