Our Teach Montana Podcast Seriesoffers school districts a unique opportunity to connect with future educators in a meaningful way. Through short, conversational interviews, school leaders share what it's really like to work in their district—highlighting school culture, professional development, community values, and day-to-day experiences in the classroom. The podcast gives students valuable insights into the K-12 education landscape across Montana and helps them envision where they might thrive as teachers. It’s a powerful way to tell your story, attract talent, and showcase your school as a great place to work and grow.
